- Bay Times (October 6, 2005) - Over 1,200 people attended the 25th anniversary gala for Horizons Foundation, the world’s first LGBT community foundation. The gala, held at the Regency Center, featured singers Spencer Day and Shayna Steele; the world premiere of Reaching New Horizons from Citizen Film; and a brief program unveiling the foundation’s new permanent fund for the LGBT community.
