Horizons Annual Event and Awards celebrated our grantees, our donors and our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and HIV/AIDS communities.

The event featured the first Horizons Cornerstone Awards made to Scott Hafner, longtime Horizons Board Member and former Board Chair; and Sandra R. Hernandez, M.D., Chief Executive Officer, The San Francisco Foundation.

The event also recognized the work and contributions of Bay Area LGBT community organizations.
