Here's how it works:

• Make a donation of at least $50 in memory of the person(s) being remembered (you will be directed to our secure donation page when you fill out this form and click "Submit".)
• Let us know the name of a person(s) to send an acknowledgement of your gift.
• Let us know whether you would like us to send them a card in the mail, or an e-card. We'll send them a beautiful handwritten card or an electronic card.
• The card will mention that you made a donation in memory of the person(s) being remembered, and will have a personal message from you, which you can enter below.
• In addition to your personal message, the card will read: "This gift will help to secure the rights, meet the needs, and celebrate the lives of LGBT people."
