A donation to Horizons Foundation in honor of your LGBT friends getting married celebrates their love and shares their joy with the whole LGBT community. Here's how it works:

• Make a donation of at least $50 on their behalf. (You will be directed to our secure donation page after you fill out this form and click "Submit".)
• Let us know whether you would like us to send them a beautiful handwritten card in the mail or an electronic card via email.
• The card will mention that you made a donation in their honor (but not disclose the amount). You can also add a personal message by entering it in the form below.
• In addition to your personal message, the card will read, "This gift will help to secure the rights, meet the needs, and celebrate the lives of LGBT people."
