Make a Tax-Deductible Contribution to Your DAF

There are several ways to make a tax-deductible contribution to your donor-advised fund, so you can choose the one that works best for you. 

• To contribute by check*, send a check payable to Horizons Foundation:

  *Include your fund name in the memo line to help us ensure that it is credited correctly.  

• To contribute appreciated stock**, initiate transfers to:
  DTC #0062
  Vanguard Brokerage Services
  Horizons Foundation
  Account # 66069411
  **When giving stock, be sure to send us an email with the name of the stock and the number of shares you have transferred to help ensure that your contribution is credited correctly.

• To contribute by credit card call or use the online form below:
