These grants are funded through revenues from the 2007 AIDS Walk and AIDS Marathon events, as well as through the National AIDS Fund/Elton John AIDS Foundation.

General operating support for peer-based support and outreach services for youth between 14 and 26 living with HIV

General operating Support for the health and wellness services for people with HIV including education, housing, and case management
Community Health Empowerment / Exchange Works - $20,000
For education and risk reduction activities for underserved populations of IV drug users
Billy DeFrank LGBT Community Center - $20,000
For the HIV education, counseling, and referral program for people living with HIV or those at risk
East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) - $12,000
For free HIV/AIDS law and healthcare advocacy

For emergency shelter, case management, referrals, and counseling for people living with HIV
HIV Education and Prevention Project of Alameda County - $10,000
General operating support for needle exchange and food programs for people with HIV and hepatitis B or C
Huckleberry Youth Program - $15,000
For HYPE (HIV/AIDS Youth Prevention and Education), a peer-led prevention education workshop
Immune Enhancement Project - $10,000
For the Community Acupuncture and Massage Program for low/no-income people living with HIV/AIDS, primarily people of color and those underserved in the LGBT community
Larkin Street Youth Services - $15,000
For support of HIV-positive homeless and runaway youth (12-24), including medical care, mental health, and substance abuse services
Lyon-Martin Women's Health Services - $15,000
Primary healthcare and HIV risk assessment services for low-income uninsured women and transgendered women
Marin AIDS Project (MAP) - $10,000
General operating support of programs including needle exhange, care, and case management

For the HIV/AIDS - Crystal Meth Education Project, which aims to reduce the HIV infection rate of gay/bisexual men who use stimulants, as part of New Leaf's counseling and support services

Broadening access to HIV/AIDS care for underserved populations around the world
Pittsburg Preschool and Community Council - $15,000
For case management for people with HIV, community outreach, education, prevention intervention, risk counseling, benefits, and needle exchange

General operating support for programs that provide comprehensive benefits counseling and employment services to people with or at-risk for HIV/AIDS
