Announcing 11 Recipients of Our Inaugural Horizons LGBTQ Scholarship

Horizons Foundation is proud to announce the eleven recipients of our inaugural Horizons LGBTQ Scholarship, who were awarded a total of $65,000. The scholarship awards funding to LGBTQ students who are entering higher education and have graduated from a Bay Area high school. The scholarship supports students whose LGBTQ identity has influenced their academic goals and who have demonstrated a commitment to the LGBTQ community.
Horizons Foundation is honored to offer these young advocates the financial support to assist them in continuing their advocacy and education. Their future endeavors focus on an array of LGBTQ issues, including mental health advocacy, education, the arts, and creating safe spaces. The award winners listed below will receive financial support to focus on their studies, celebrate their identity, and advocate for a world that celebrates and uplifts LGBTQ people.
