Lesbian Game Changers is an inspirational and informative history project featuring modern lesbian role models who helped shape today’s queer culture. Empowering and validating students by advancing equity, visibility, and inclusion, Lesbian Game Changers helps create a safer campus environment by providing educational materials that teach LGBTQ+ inclusive history.

Research shows that today’s LGBTQ+ youth are still underachieving and thriving at lower levels than their cis gender and/or heterosexual peers. Seeing one’s identity reflected in the classroom is proven to create positive change among marginalized populations.

Why are LGBTQ+ stories not being shared in our schools? That’s a big question, we know. We are passionate about amplifying the stories of Lesbian Game Changers and helping young folks learn about a missing piece of our collective history.

Our goal is to create educational school lesson plans, books and short films that will help make high school and college campuses.
