We advocate for civic and corporate transparency, foster diversity, support our local community, and promote democracy by encouraging citizens to be informed, connected, and engaged.

LGBTQIA+ Initiative in Sonoma Valley
We work towards ever greater Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the face of changes in the world which have filtered into our local community and can, or has, created barriers to equitable growth for all ages, gender expressions and backgrounds.

EDUCATE. ADVOCATE. ACTIVATE.

• Protests and boycotts on businesses that promote hate speech and hate policies
• Assert LGBTQIA+ presence in community and equal rights
• Activate the LGBTQIA+ Community for protests, letter writing, boycotts, etc.
• Hold LGBTQIA+ focus groups and surveys to assess needs for Sonoma Valley
• Networking and collaborations with local and regional LGBTQIA+ organizations already existing
• Inform and educate through films, speakers, articles, and create visible and safe spaces
