Sean is an Executive Director and Senior Client Advisor with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in San Francisco. With over 17 years of investment experience, Sean is responsible for delivering the firm’s wealth management capabilities and resources to clients. Sean and his team help clients think through the challenges of sustaining wealth and develop innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. Drawing on their experience with some of the world’s foremost entrepreneurs, financial principals, nonprofit leaders and business executives, the team offers thoughtful ideas for preserving and growing wealth over multiple generations.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Sean was a member of the Account Management Group at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) for over 7 years. During that time, he managed institutional client relationships across the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East, and Continental Europe, working in the Newport Beach, London and Munich offices.

Sean graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, where he received a B.A. in performing arts, with a focus on classical piano. He received his MBA from London Business School, with a concentration in Finance.  

Sean has been very active in non-profit organizations over the years and has served on various Boards, including the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Friends of the Children, New Conservatory Theatre, and Symphonix. Sean and his husband, Jeremy, live in the Castro neighborhood in San Francisco, and they are the proud parents of a rescue dog.
