Kris Hill’s practice focuses on income tax planning and preparation for individuals, estates & trusts, and private businesses.  Kris recently served as the Chair for the AICPA S Corporations Tax Technical Resource Panel.  She has previously served on the Frameline board and the Horizons Foundation Audit Committee.  Prior to establishing her own practice, Kris was a managing director at Deloitte Tax LLP, serving high net worth families, individuals with equity compensation, start-up companies, and closely-held and private businesses.  During her time in Deloitte’s national office, she developed & taught training on alternative minimum tax and individual foreign tax credit.  She has presented for AICPA on S corporation issues and for Strafford (now Barbri) on tax issues for closely-held C corporation franchisors.   Kris holds an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.  License #86509 California Board of Accountancy.
