Tax Return Postmortem: What Actually Happened with California Registered Domestic Partner Tax Returns?

Please join Horizons Foundation and other professional advisors who work with the LGBT community to discuss and learn about the first year of filing California married returns for registered domestic partners. Three of our community’s leading tax preparers will share what they discovered during this first year of preparing many CA RDP returns: What kind of trends emerged? What were the thorny issues? What were the hardest issues to resolve between the Federal and the State returns?

Jan Zobel, EA, Pan Haskins, MS (Taxation), CPA, and Karen Stogdill, CEBS, EA, will share their experiences with us and answer questions from the group.
